Richemont seeks an Inventory Analyst in Shelton, CT to drive operational efficiencies and manage boutique financial controls across North American retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting to maintain accurate boutique financial and inventory records
  • Perform daily controls on end-of-day procedures and monthly closings across the retail network
  • Manage financial operations for new boutique openings, internalizations, and closures
  • Issue monthly internal control reports to boutiques and ensure timely follow-up on compliance findings
  • Resolve transfer discrepancies between boutiques and warehouse facilities
  • Assist with physical inventory preparation, execution, and reconciliation
  • Monitor and validate all inventory transactions for accuracy and proper execution
  • Conduct boutique internal control reviews, confirming physical inventory existence and assessing control functionality
  • Generate and manage red light transaction reporting for compliance monitoring
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts across all retail boutiques
  • Provide training and education to brand retail teams on boutique compliance and internal control procedures
  • Support cross-functional finance projects and coordinate implementation across the retail network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in SAP and inventory management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and macro development
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
  • Ability to design workflows and procedures
  • Project coordination skills with capacity to manage conflicting priorities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple organizational levels
  • Capability to operate effectively within matrix-based organizations in customer-centric environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually to locations in the United States and Canada
