Richemont Reward and Performance Director (CDI) in Paris – lead compensation strategy and performance management for luxury organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement competitive total rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent in the luxury sector
  • Oversee compensation philosophy, pay equity analysis, and salary benchmarking against industry standards
  • Develop and manage performance management systems and KPI frameworks for executive and employee populations
  • Administer benefits programs, including pension schemes, insurance, and employee wellness initiatives
  • Lead incentive design and bonus structure optimization to drive business performance and alignment
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure reward strategies support organizational culture and talent acquisition goals
  • Analyze compensation and performance data to provide strategic recommendations for organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in reward management, compensation, or total rewards roles
