Richemont seeks an experienced Retail Training Senior Project Manager in Paris to lead enterprise-wide luxury retail training programmes and develop learning initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retail training programmes aligned with brand standards and business objectives
  • Manage cross-functional project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for training initiatives
  • Coordinate with retail operations, merchandising, and human resources teams to identify training needs and gaps
  • Design curriculum and learning materials that reflect brand heritage and product knowledge requirements
  • Oversee training delivery across multiple locations and ensure quality control and consistency
  • Monitor programme effectiveness through training metrics, feedback collection, and performance analytics
  • Lead vendor management and external partner relationships for training delivery and content development
  • Mentor junior training staff and build internal training capability

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale retail or corporate training programmes
  • Project management expertise with demonstrable success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Knowledge of retail environments, luxury retail operations, and brand customer experience
  • Strong understanding of training design, learning methodologies, and adult education principles
