Richemont seeks a Retail Training Coordinator in Paris to develop and deliver training programmes ensuring operational excellence and luxury service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted training curricula for retail staff across product categories and operational functions
- Develop training materials, including digital content, e-learning modules, and in-store workshops
- Coordinate onboarding programmes for new retail associates and management
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to identify skills gaps and training needs
- Maintain comprehensive training documentation and compliance records
- Support retail teams in achieving brand standards and luxury service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in education, human resources, or business
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes in retail or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and service standards
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms

Experience
3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or retail management roles, with proven success in designing and executing training initiatives within luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are desirable.
