Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Training & Development Intern in Paris to support retail training excellence and heritage knowledge transmission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and update training curricula on the learning management system (LMS)
- Serve as the BLOOM application reference point for e-learning and educational project monitoring
- Support organization and logistics of retail training sessions, including documentation through photography and observation
- Collaborate with the École des Arts Joailliers and Heritage Gallery on cultural initiatives and exhibitions
- Conduct analysis and follow-up of mystery shopping visits
- Develop and update the PRELUDE induction handbook
- Support onboarding experiences for new team members
- Design inspirational learning experiences centered on Maison heritage, culture, and craftsmanship
- Assess training needs and monitor retail store-level training effectiveness
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commerce or university program (Bac+4 or Bac+5 level)
- Fluent in English
- Strong affinity for luxury, art, jewelry, and knowledge transmission
- Proficiency with digital tools and LMS platforms
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Team player with collaborative mindset
