Retail Trainer position at Richemont in Dubai. Design and deliver luxury retail training programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff across store locations
- Develop curriculum and training materials tailored to luxury retail standards and brand guidelines
- Conduct on-site and off-site training sessions for sales associates and management
- Assess staff competency and provide ongoing coaching to enhance customer service excellence
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and participant feedback
- Collaborate with store managers and HR to identify training needs and skill gaps
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail training or customer service training within luxury brands
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations and client engagement protocols
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop engaging training content and materials
- Experience with training delivery methods and adult learning principles
