Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Retail Trainer in Dubai to support training coordination and people development initiatives across retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization and coordination of training sessions for retail teams
- Assist in preparing training materials, reports, and presentations for learning initiatives
- Ensure accurate tracking of training activities and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and coordinate learning initiatives
- Contribute to the smooth execution of onboarding and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Strong interest in training, coordination, and people development
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to support teams and contribute to developing engaging learning experiences
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and training documentation
Skills
Experience
Experience in a training, learning and development, or similar people-focused coordination role; experience in retail or luxury environments is advantageous.
Education
