Richemont seeks a Retail Trainer and Coach in Riyadh for a fixed-term role developing retail team capabilities in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive retail training programs tailored to store staff and client-facing teams
- Coach and mentor retail associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and luxury client engagement standards
- Conduct performance assessments and identify skill gaps across retail locations
- Develop training materials and documentation reflecting brand standards and luxury retail best practices
- Monitor training effectiveness through regular feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with retail operations and merchandising teams to align training with business objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail trainer or coach in luxury retail environments
- Strong understanding of luxury sector standards and client experience expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse, multicultural teams
- Certification in adult learning or training delivery (preferred)

3–5 years of retail training, coaching, or learning and development experience in luxury goods or upscale retail settings
