Richemont seeks Retail Trainer & Coach for Cartier's KSA network. Deliver learning, coaching, and performance development across luxury boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Boutique Management and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design tailored learning and coaching plans aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and in-boutique learning programmes focused on client journey, selling philosophy, and service excellence standards
  • Facilitate practical learning experiences including sales floor coaching, role plays, and skill-building activities to reinforce behavioural change
  • Lead onboarding programmes for new joiners, ensuring successful integration and performance readiness
  • Observe boutique teams in their day-to-day environment and provide constructive coaching to strengthen client experience and commercial performance
  • Partner with Boutique Management to reinforce learning, support individual development plans, and sustain performance improvements
  • Coach teams to strengthen selling behaviours, clienteling capabilities, after-sales service, and long-term client relationship development
  • Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness through boutique observations, coaching follow-up, and commercial performance indicators including sales, AUR, conversion, NPS, and client engagement
  • Analyse performance data to identify coaching opportunities and recommend targeted development actions
  • Support maintenance and effective use of Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms
  • Share insights and best practices with Regional Learning & Transformation and business stakeholders to enhance learning effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, Learning & Transformation, or Retail Coaching within luxury or premium retail environment
  • Minimum 3 years' experience coaching individuals and teams to improve selling excellence, client development, and service performance
  • Previous luxury retail experience, ideally in sales, boutique leadership, or boutique management role
  • Proven experience delivering engaging learning programmes and facilitating both in-person and virtual training
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to translate business insights into meaningful coaching and development plans
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders across a matrix organisation
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, digital learning tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Train-the-Trainer certification highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and Arabic essential; French advantageous

Experience
