Richemont seeks an experienced Retail Trainer & Coach fluent in Arabic to develop and coach store teams across luxury retail locations in Dubai.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive retail training programs tailored to store teams across luxury retail locations
- Coach store associates and sales teams on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and luxury retail standards
- Conduct on-site assessments of team performance and identify training and development opportunities
- Design customized coaching strategies to elevate sales performance and customer experience
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on brand heritage, product craftsmanship, and clienteling techniques
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide regular feedback to store management and corporate teams
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English required
- Proven experience in luxury retail training or coaching roles
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and customer service excellence
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse retail environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail training, coaching, or store management within the luxury goods sector, with demonstrated success in developing high-performing retail teams and improving sales outcomes through structured training initiatives.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational qualification in training, coaching, or retail management preferred.
