Richemont Retail Génération apprenticeship in Paris; work-integrated learning program for retail development candidates (H/F).
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned retail zones
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Provide foundational client service and support to sales staff
- Contribute to store operations and housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant retail, commerce, or hospitality program
- Fluency in French and English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience
No prior retail experience required; enthusiasm and coachability are valued.
Education
Secondary education minimum; candidates enrolled in or holding qualifications in retail, commerce, hospitality, or business management are preferred.
