Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and troubleshooting of digital tools used by sales associates, conducting weekly maintenance follow-ups to ensure optimal functionality and operational efficiency
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by coordinating orders for visual elements and props, tracking budgets for VM initiatives, and supporting thematic display animations
• Support CRM initiatives by analyzing monthly KPIs for sales associates, forecasting and targeting clienteling campaigns, and monitoring completion rates
• Assist with client gifting programs including customer targeting, budget management, and operational coordination
• Facilitate bespoke client experiences by assisting with hotel and restaurant bookings, researching luxury experiences, and enabling clear communication with sales associates
• Provide translation and proofreading services for client communications to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
• Coordinate with the customer service team on efficient resolution of client issues, following up with sales associates on specific cases to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management, or related field
• Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is advantageous
