Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Paris — hands‑on retail internship supporting sales, client service and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including customer reception, appointment management and point‑of‑sale transactions under supervision.
- Assist sales advisors in clienteling activities: welcome clients, maintain client records, coordinate follow‑ups and manage basic after‑sales requests.
- Contribute to merchandising and visual standards: stock replenishment, window and floor displays, and adherence to brand housekeeping guidelines.
- Participate in inventory control and stock management tasks: incoming goods, tagging, stockroom organisation and simple stock reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support: prepare sales documentation, update CRM entries, and assist with event logistics and boutique reporting.
- Attend product training and brand briefings to develop product knowledge and support on‑floor client conversations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in business, luxury management, fashion retail, hospitality or a related field.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and a strong client‑service orientation appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Available to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and occasional evenings for events.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail and capacity to learn product and service standards quickly.
