Cartier seasonal retail support role in Mexico City. Welcome clients, gift wrap, and provide service excellence during the festive season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the boutique, ensuring exceptional first impressions
- Execute gift wrapping according to Cartier standards, including application of wax seals, red ribbons, and completion of certificates
- Verify product serial numbers and documentation prior to wrapping
- Manage gift wrapping station inventory, ensuring adequate supply of boxes, ribbons, seals, and wrapping materials
- Serve beverages to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Support sales team during high-traffic periods by managing client flow and communicating wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of boutique spaces and wrapping stations
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all client-facing and operational activities
