Montblanc Sales Associate position in Mexico City. Temporary retail role selling luxury writing instruments and leather goods at Richemont's Masaryk boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to affluent clientele visiting the Montblanc boutique
- Showcase and demonstrate luxury writing instruments, leather goods, and accessories to prospective buyers
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed transaction records
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive, consultative selling
- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and Richemont policies
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English
- Customer service excellence and ability to engage affluent clientele
- Knowledge of luxury brands and Montblanc product heritage is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or upscale retail setting preferred; prior experience in fine writing instruments, leather goods, or jewelry is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; completion of luxury retail training or certification programs is a plus.
