Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant (Intern) in Paris — internship supporting boutique sales, client service and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and receive clients; manage appointments and ensure an elevated in-store experience consistent with maison standards.
- Support sales advisors with clienteling activities, follow-up communications and relationship-building to drive repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale and transaction processing, assist with invoicing, gift-wrapping and basic after-sales procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, including replenishment, window and display upkeep.
- Receive, log and assist with stock management activities: inventory counts, stock rotations and secure storage procedures.
- Perform administrative duties: prepare sales documentation, assist with reporting and maintain client files.
- Participate in product and service training sessions; act as ambassador for maison heritage and product knowledge.
- Support boutique events, product launches and VIP appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (business, luxury management, fashion, hospitality, BTS/DUT or equivalent) and available for an internship placement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner and impeccable personal presentation.
- Client-focused mindset with high standards of discretion, confidentiality and service excellence.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; reliable time management.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail; ability to follow cash-handling and security procedures.

Previous retail, hospitality or luxury internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates with customer-service experience will be prioritized.
Education
Enrolled in higher education or vocational training in business, luxury management, fashion, hospitality, BTS/DUT or equivalent.
