Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including client reception, appointment management and point-of-sale transactions under supervision.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and assist senior client advisors to build and maintain client relationships.
- Learn and communicate product knowledge across collections; participate in training on brand history, materials and technical features.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with window and in-store displays to ensure brand presentation consistency.
- Manage stockroom activities: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, process transfers and help with inventory reconciliation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales documentation, updating CRM records and coordinating client follow-ups.
- Contribute to boutique events and private viewings, providing logistical and guest support as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s program) in luxury retail, fashion, business or a related discipline.
- Previous customer-facing experience or prior retail internship preferred.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable interest in luxury products and craftsmanship.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional duties.
