Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver high-touch luxury retail service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, highly personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the maison's collections and communicate heritage, materials and craftsmanship with authority.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, manage transactions and ensure accurate cash-handling and record-keeping.
- Use CRM tools to log client interactions, follow up on leads and coordinate appointments for VIP clients.
- Support visual merchandising standards, uphold boutique presentation and execute seasonal floor sets.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and receipt/verification of deliveries.
- Adhere to brand policies on client confidentiality, after-sales service and compliance with luxury retail procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and client-service skills with a professional, polished presence.
- Strong commercial instinct and a track record of meeting sales targets in a retail environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain client relationships and work within a team-oriented boutique.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Proficiency in English; local language proficiency (Cantonese or Mandarin) is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches, jewellery or premium fashion. Prior experience in high-touch client service or boutique environments is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or customer service preferred.
