Boutique Assistant at Cartier London. Welcome clients and support luxury retail operations at the prestigious Sloane Street location. 12-month FTC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, maintaining exemplary professional demeanour and upholding the Cartier brand image
- Manage client waiting times by directing guests to appropriate areas and coordinating with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service
- Provide Maison storytelling and boutique information to enhance the client experience
- Coordinate between Sales Associates and support functions including Stock Administration, Cashier, and Voituriers
- Execute gift wrapping and manage the boutique packaging area
- Escort clients to the door upon departure and maintain client flow throughout the boutique
- Assist with Care Service duties including piece presentation, excluding payment handling
- Maintain impeccable boutique environment and implement visual merchandising guidelines
- Support stock inventories, price labelling, and boutique setup/breakdown at opening and closing
- Order and manage boutique facilities including bags, beverages, promotional materials, and office supplies
Qualifications
- Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Adaptability and initiative-taking capability
- Professional presence and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Experience in a client service role within the luxury industry is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate prior exposure to high-touch hospitality environments and comfort with fast-paced, prestigious retail settings.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; no formal tertiary qualification required.
