Richemont seeks a Retail Projects Specialist in Shelton, USA to coordinate boutique openings, refits and rollouts across its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver boutique projects including new openings, refits, relocations and rollout programmes from inception to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and procurement processes; monitor costs and report variances to stakeholders.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal teams (retail operations, visual merchandising, real estate, brand, legal) and external partners (contractors, fit-out firms, suppliers) to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Conduct on-site supervision and quality assurance inspections; ensure workmanship, materials and FF&E comply with technical specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: schedules, RFIs, change orders, snag lists, close-out reports and post-occupancy evaluations.
  • Ensure projects adhere to local building regulations, health & safety requirements and store operations constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and standardising rollout processes across boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, architecture, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrable project management capability with strong organisational and financial control skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites.
