Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver boutique projects including new openings, refits, relocations and rollout programmes from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and procurement processes; monitor costs and report variances to stakeholders.
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams (retail operations, visual merchandising, real estate, brand, legal) and external partners (contractors, fit-out firms, suppliers) to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct on-site supervision and quality assurance inspections; ensure workmanship, materials and FF&E comply with technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: schedules, RFIs, change orders, snag lists, close-out reports and post-occupancy evaluations.
- Ensure projects adhere to local building regulations, health & safety requirements and store operations constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and standardising rollout processes across boutiques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, architecture, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable project management capability with strong organisational and financial control skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites.

Education
