Richemont is hiring a Retail Project Manager in Riyadh to lead store openings and refurbishments across KSA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end retail projects across KSA including new store launches, relocations and refurbishments, ensuring delivery to schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — real estate, retail operations, visual merchandising, supply chain, and local teams — to translate brand standards into built environments.
  • Manage and supervise external consultants, contractors and vendors (MEP, joinery, FF&E, glazing), including procurement, tendering and contract administration.
  • Prepare, maintain and report project plans, budgets, risk registers and change orders; drive corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting processes and health & safety requirements; obtain necessary approvals from Saudi authorities.
  • Oversee quality control and site inspections; enforce finish, workmanship and brand specification standards during fit‑out and handover.
  • Control close‑out activities: snagging, commissioning, staff handover, operational readiness and post‑project evaluation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and standardising fit‑out processes for the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail fit‑out or construction project management in luxury retail or premium retail formats.
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, contracts and multiple contractors simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of retail store technical fit‑out (FF&E, MEP interfaces, joinery and finishes) and handover processes.
  • Proven ability to navigate local permitting and regulatory environments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or equivalent; PMP or other project management certification preferred.
