Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing comprehensive documentation including functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and process flows
- Support Project Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects in translating business requirements into actionable specifications
- Implement and update features in PIM/DAM systems and assist product specialists and development teams in configuration and deployment
- Collaborate with architects and developers on system improvements and optimization initiatives
- Compile ad-hoc reporting and create Proof of Concept documentation based on business requirements
- Implement project processes and best practices while adhering to organizational policies and guidelines
- Create and manage support tickets for identified issues in Jira, tracking resolution and follow-up
- Support quality assurance and testing activities throughout the development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, or equivalent role
- Demonstrated expertise with PIM/DAM systems and data integration platforms
- Proven experience delivering SaaS content project implementations with measurable improvements in data quality, publishing workflows, and content management
- Basic knowledge of event-driven architectures and systems integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, international, and matrix-based team environments

5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, or equivalent configuration analyst role, with demonstrated success in SaaS content platform implementations and multi-stakeholder requirements translation in luxury or comparable international industries.
Education
