Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse retail product performance (sell-through, margin, markdowns, inventory turns) across stores and channels; identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc commercial reports and dashboards for merchandising, retail and commercial leadership to inform assortment, pricing and replenishment decisions.
- Support assortment planning and merchandise financial planning by modelling demand, projecting sell-through and recommending SKU-level actions.
- Collaborate with retail operations, buying, planning and store teams to ensure product allocation, launch execution and stock optimisation.
- Develop and maintain KPI definitions, data integrity and reporting governance; translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead scenario modelling for pricing, promotions and markdown strategies and evaluate the commercial impact of assortment changes and new product introductions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- Demonstrable experience delivering commercial analytics and merchandising insights within a retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of retail math: sell-through, GMROI, WOS, stock-to-sales and margin management.
- Proven ability to present complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions.
- High attention to detail, structured problem-solving and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail calendar.

Experience
Approximately 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail analytics, merchandising analysis or commercial planning; experience within luxury fashion, watches/jewellery or premium retail is strongly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
