Richemont seeks a Retail Performance Insights Manager in Geneva to analyze luxury retail data and drive strategic business decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive retail performance dashboards and analytics frameworks
  • Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, customer acquisition, and store traffic patterns across multiple luxury brands and locations
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations translating complex datasets into strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising, and finance teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Design and implement KPI monitoring systems to track store performance against targets
  • Support pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness analysis, and market positioning initiatives
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and investigations into performance variances and emerging retail trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related analytical discipline
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or performance management
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in data manipulation and statistical analysis
