Montblanc seeks Retail Performance Assistant Manager in Singapore. Drive boutique network performance across SEAO region with analytics, strategy, and sales leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive retail performance through detailed business analysis and identification of performance gaps across individual stores and market-level metrics on weekly and monthly basis
- Act as strategic partner to Brand Director and Store Management, monitoring economic conditions, competitor activity, and regional market changes to maximize business performance
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing sales performance, KPIs, and product category trends; develop reporting tools for Store Managers to monitor sales targets and client experience metrics
- Spend weekly time at boutiques to communicate sales and product strategies to frontline teams, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global brand objectives
- Track performance of new store openings against CAR projections and provide monthly insights into opportunities and challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address performance gaps
- Compile regional commission files, review and propose commission structures aligned with HQ growth strategies; compile market feedback for Merchandising team and prepare management visit agendas
- Support boutique teams during retail activations, festive periods, and marketing initiatives; partner with CRM and Store Management to conduct post-event recaps and identify improvement areas
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in retail or luxury management
- Advanced analytical capability with proven ability to explore large datasets, break down complex problems, and deliver actionable insights
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Looker, and Power BI
- Demonstrated effectiveness as team player with agility and flexibility in dynamic environments
