Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and performance metrics for assigned store locations
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic execution and team management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and brand presentation across the store environment
- Manage P&L responsibilities including inventory control, labour costs, and operational budgeting
