Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Retail Performance Analyst in Hong Kong to drive KPI automation and sales analytics across luxury boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs at market and boutique levels; generate and automate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and boutique teams
- Lead retail and travel retail reporting automation initiatives in collaboration with headquarters and regional performance teams
- Analyze boutique FTE performance metrics, establish benchmarks, and communicate actionable insights to boutique managers and senior leadership
- Prepare executive presentation decks for monthly leadership meetings and cross-functional office sessions
- Present business results, analytical findings, and strategic insights to relevant teams
- Serve as the primary reporting expert and knowledge resource for boutique and office teams; conduct training on KPI frameworks and data interpretation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel analysis with demonstrated experience in advanced data manipulation
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven service and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from financial, operational, and sales domains to ensure forecast accuracy
