Richemont Retail Partnerships Coordinator in New York—manage retail partner relationships and coordinate partnership initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned retail partner accounts, managing communications and ensuring timely resolution of partnership-related inquiries
- Coordinate retail marketing initiatives, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with internal merchandising and marketing teams
- Maintain comprehensive partnership documentation, including contracts, performance metrics, and account records
- Support retail training programs and product education initiatives for partner sales staff
- Monitor and report on retail partnership performance, sales trends, and market feedback
- Facilitate coordination between commercial, logistics, and retail operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and product availability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in retail partnerships, account management, or similar customer-facing coordination role
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
