Richemont seeks a Retail Partner Manager in Paris to manage strategic retail partnerships and drive luxury brand growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with designated retail partners, ensuring alignment with Richemont's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement joint business plans with retail partners to drive sales growth and market penetration
- Monitor partner performance against established KPIs and provide strategic guidance for improvement
- Coordinate commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional activities with partner networks
- Serve as primary liaison between Richemont and retail partners, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution
- Support market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform partnership strategy
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on partner performance and market developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail account management or wholesale business development within luxury goods
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and consumer dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business analytics tools

Experience
5-7 years of experience in retail account management, sales management, or wholesale operations within the luxury sector
