Richemont Retail Operations Supervisor position in Taipei, Taiwan; manage boutique operations and strategic planning for Vacheron Constantin luxury watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce boutique KPI reports and performance analysis; provide support on daily store operations including merchandising, maintenance, and visual merchandising compliance
  • Organize boutique meetings to communicate new product launches, marketing updates, and retail operations directives; liaise with shopping mall marketing teams on promotional activities and brand participation
  • Conduct regular field visits to stores and key partners; establish clear action plans and business cadence; coordinate with regional trainers and in-store specialists to facilitate retail staff training and drive commercial mastery
  • Analyze SAP Analytics data and prepare strategic reports on development projects and business performance; recommend short and mid-term actions based on findings
  • Collaborate with Assistant Commercial Operations Manager and General Manager to define commercial and multi-functional roadmap; prepare presentation materials for Hong Kong and headquarters; implement aligned action plans
  • Own systems extracts and dashboards to monitor commercial performance; maintain team calendars across business streams
  • Support competitive intelligence gathering in coordination with Richemont sister Maisons and regional marketing services; monitor market insights, luxury industry trends, and tourism evolution
  • Develop ad hoc analysis and reporting on retail operations; maintain stock insights for product launches, limited editions, and allocations
  • Coordinate boutique operations support, special campaigns, and logistics for delivery arrangements; manage client invitations and event operations for local and overseas events
  • Initiate team activities that reinforce Maison values and brand heritage

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail operations management or boutique management within luxury retail or watchmaking sectors
  • Proficiency with SAP Analytics or equivalent business intelligence platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Multilingual capabilities with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (required); additional languages a plus
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury brand standards, heritage preservation, and client experience excellence
