Richemont Retail Operations Supervisor position in Taipei. Lead store operations and teams in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and staff scheduling
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment procedures
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Lead and mentor sales associates and support staff
- Monitor customer service quality and resolution of complaints
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with regional management on compliance and standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management or store management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail operations or store management experience, ideally within luxury goods or high-end retail environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant training preferred.
