Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Supervisor in Taipei to lead boutique operations, team performance and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising and client experience.
- Supervise, coach and schedule store staff to meet sales targets, service KPIs and operational requirements.
- Drive sales performance through clienteling, upselling and personalised service strategies; monitor team conversion and average transaction values.
- Manage inventory control processes, receiving, stock reconciliation and periodic audits to minimise shrinkage and ensure traceability.
- Ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures, cash handling, loss-prevention policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, sales forecasts and variance analyses to regional management.
- Coordinate with regional merchandising, CRM and visual teams on product launches, in-store events and promotional activities.
- Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, service standards and boutique procedures; identify talent and support development plans.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or boutique environment.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving service KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to coach a high-performing team.
- Excellent organisational aptitude including inventory control and visual merchandising execution.
- Professional demeanour and high standards of client service appropriate to a luxury maison.
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with CRM or clienteling platforms preferred.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or premium fashion.
Education
Diploma or degree in business, retail management, hospitality or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
