Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of retail operations projects across multiple touchpoints
- Assist in coordinating logistics, timelines, and resource allocation for in-store initiatives
- Contribute to the analysis of operational performance metrics and retail data
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including merchandising, store management, and logistics teams
- Document project progress and maintain organized project records and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in business administration, project management, retail management, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail or operations management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively within a structured apprenticeship framework

Academic background in business, retail, or operations; prior internship experience in a related field is advantageous but not required.

Currently enrolled in or holder of a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management, or equivalent discipline.
