Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Manager in New York to lead store operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations and ensure optimal store performance across all business metrics
  • Lead and manage retail team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Implement brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain consistent in-store presentation
  • Drive sales performance through strategic staff planning and customer service excellence
