Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Manager in New York to lead store operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure optimal store performance across all business metrics
- Lead and manage retail team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Implement brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain consistent in-store presentation
- Drive sales performance through strategic staff planning and customer service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising displays, and product availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
