Richemont Retail Operations Manager – Dubai. Lead store operations and manage luxury retail teams in this operations-focused role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff management across assigned retail locations
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational compliance
- Manage inventory levels, stock optimization, and supply chain coordination
- Develop and mentor retail team members to deliver luxury customer service experiences
- Monitor sales performance, financial metrics, and profitability targets
- Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on strategic initiatives and policies
- Implement loss prevention measures and maintain security protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in luxury goods
