Retail Operations Lead at Richemont in Brussels – manage store operations, team, and customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily store operations including opening, closing, and inventory management procedures
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule retail staff to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with luxury retail standards, brand guidelines, and company policies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures to meet sales and operational targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate with visual teams on seasonal displays
