Retail Operations Lead at Richemont in Brussels – manage store operations, team, and customer experience in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations including opening, closing, and inventory management procedures
- Lead, mentor, and schedule retail staff to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with luxury retail standards, brand guidelines, and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures to meet sales and operational targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate with visual teams on seasonal displays
- Manage stock allocation, replenishment, and asset protection protocols
- Build and sustain strong client relationships while driving customer loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with regional management on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail operations or high-end customer service environments
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail operations software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury brands or selective distribution environments. Prior supervisory or management experience required.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further education in retail management, business administration, or hospitality preferred.
