Richemont is hiring a Retail Operations Excellence Executive (V.I.E) in Singapore — entry-level role supporting regional retail optimisation and KPI analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support regional retail operations excellence initiatives across Southeast Asia & Oceania, including process standardisation and operational roll‑outs.
- Collect, validate and analyse retail KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities for stores and regional teams.
- Contribute to operational audits, gap analyses and the implementation of corrective action plans in partnership with store management and cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate projects such as tool deployments, visual merchandising standards, stock‑management processes and store opening/refresh activities.
- Prepare executive‑level reports and presentations for regional leadership, and facilitate training sessions or workshops to embed best practices.
- Liaise with merchandising, supply chain, IT and clienteling teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Eligible for the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme or equivalent international assignment scheme.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with previous experience or internships in retail operations, consulting, or project coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable producing presentations and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and willingness to travel within the region.

Early-career candidates with internship or 1–3 years’ experience in retail operations, retail analytics, consulting, or a related function. Prior exposure to luxury retail or multi‑brand environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in business, retail management, supply chain, or a related field.
