Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Coordinator in Mexico City to manage boutique operations, inventory control and store reporting for its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations across the Mexican retail network, acting as the operational liaison between stores, regional managers and central teams.
- Coordinate inventory control activities including stock reconciliation, transfers, returns and shrinkage investigations to ensure accuracy of store levels.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports and KPI dashboards; analyse performance metrics and propose corrective actions to improve store productivity.
- Manage logistics and supply chain touchpoints for boutique replenishment, special deliveries and vendor exchanges in collaboration with warehouse and distribution partners.
- Maintain and optimise POS and back-office processes; coordinate system updates, user access and issue resolution with IT and regional support.
- Support visual merchandising rollouts, store resets and product launches by scheduling resources, tracking materials and ensuring brand presentation standards.
- Assist in operational projects (rollouts, process improvements, audits) and coordinate training initiatives for store teams on procedures and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics or a related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory control, logistics or a comparable function—experience within the luxury or premium retail sector is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to analyse operational data and translate findings into pragmatic actions for store performance.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience managing concurrent operational projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to liaise effectively across stores, regional leadership and central teams.

At least 2 years of practical experience in retail operations, inventory control or logistics; prior exposure to luxury retail environments or multi-store operations is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics or equivalent vocational qualification preferred.
