Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of retail excellence standards across assigned locations
- Coordinate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and logistics processes
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's operational procedures and brand guidelines
- Liaise between store teams and regional operations management to resolve operational issues
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators
