Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Assistant Manager in Taipei to oversee daily store operations and lead team performance in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations and ensure seamless store functioning
  • Supervise and mentor retail staff to maintain service excellence
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize store performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
