Richemont seeks a Retail Operations Assistant Manager in Taipei to oversee daily store operations and lead team performance in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure seamless store functioning
- Supervise and mentor retail staff to maintain service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize store performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of luxury retail principles and brand standards

Experience
