Richemont is hiring a Retail Merchandiser in Paris, France—design luxury displays and optimize in-store visuals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement compelling visual merchandising displays aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate product placement strategies to maximize visibility and optimize the customer shopping experience
- Manage inventory rotation and stock replenishment to maintain optimal in-store presentation
- Collaborate with retail operations and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Maintain detailed records of merchandising initiatives and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising within a luxury or high-end retail environment
- Strong visual design sensibility and eye for detail
- Proficiency with merchandising software and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
- Superior communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail merchandising, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, or high-end retail sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Visual Design, or equivalent professional experience
