Richemont seeks a Retail Merchandiser in Brussels to manage assortments, allocations and in‑store execution across its luxury retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain seasonal assortment plans and product allocations to maximize sell‑through across the retail network.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory KPIs; produce actionable analysis and sales forecasts to inform replenishment and markdown strategies.
- Translate merchandising strategy into store‑level execution: planograms, visual directives and replenishment schedules that respect brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with buying, wholesale and store operations teams to align assortments, promotions and launches with commercial objectives.
- Manage stock flow, ageing and transfer recommendations to optimize working capital and store availability.
- Prepare regular reports for regional management and contribute to weekly/monthly business reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, fashion or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven numerical aptitude with ability to interpret sales and inventory reports and derive commercial actions.
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, assortment planning or inventory management within a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across buying, retail and visual merchandising teams.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years of progressive experience in retail merchandising, merchandise planning or inventory management, preferably within luxury fashion, watches or jewellery retail.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, retail management, fashion or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
