Richemont seeks an experienced Retail Manager for its Dubai boutique. Lead store operations, drive sales, and elevate luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail operations within the boutique or store location
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising compliance
- Foster a luxury shopping experience that aligns with brand positioning and clientele expectations
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to regional management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience
3–5 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail management or a similar leadership role within a high-end retail environment.
Education
