Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple boutique departments including sales, stockroom, and visual merchandising to build operational proficiency
- Assist in daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets alongside experienced team members
- Develop client relationship management skills through direct customer interaction and personalized service delivery
- Participate in inventory management and merchandising projects under supervisor guidance
- Attend formal training sessions on luxury retail principles, brand heritage, and leadership fundamentals
- Contribute to special events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across assigned store locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
