Richemont is hiring a Retail Finance & AR Manager in Singapore to lead accounts receivable, cash forecasting and retail financial reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounts receivable operations for the retail network in the assigned geography, including invoicing, cash application, credit control and collections.
- Drive retail finance reporting and month‑end close activities; reconcile receivables subledger to the general ledger and prepare supporting schedules.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and ageing analysis to optimise working capital and minimise bad debt exposure.
- Establish and enforce credit policies, payment terms and collection strategies in partnership with commercial and store teams.
- Lead, coach and develop a small AR/retail finance team; allocate workload and ensure SLAs are met.
- Partner with retail operations, treasury and central finance stakeholders to streamline processes and implement system enhancements (ERP/automation).
- Identify and deliver process improvements and internal controls to strengthen revenue recognition and receivables governance.
- Support audits and statutory/compliance requests; liaise with external auditors and tax/finance teams as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related discipline; professional accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Proven track record in accounts receivable and retail finance within luxury retail or multi‑channel retail environments.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and experience producing accurate financial reconciliations and forecasts.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of local tax/GST requirements and receivables compliance in the Singapore market is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in finance with at least 2–3 years focused on accounts receivable or retail finance; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
