Richemont seeks a Retail Field Trainer in Milan to develop and deliver training programs across luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff across multiple locations
- Conduct in-store coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Assess training effectiveness through performance evaluations and store audits
- Create tailored training materials and resources for field implementation
- Collaborate with regional management to identify training needs and priorities
- Track training outcomes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail training or staff development within luxury goods
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience
