Cartier Munich seeks part-time student retail associate (20h/week) for 6-month contract supporting boutique client experience and sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients as the first point of contact in the boutique
- Manage customer communication and engagement during waiting periods
- Execute seamless traffic management and appointment scheduling through digital applications
- Capture and record customer contact information in boutique systems
- Provide sales team support and assist with supplementary administrative tasks
- Maintain boutique presentation and client experience standards
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English language proficiency
- High communication skills with refined understanding of luxury client expectations
- Strong service orientation and team collaboration
- Proficiency with common digital applications and tools

Skills
