Richemont Retail Experience Intern in Singapore – Support boutique operations, VIP client experiences, and CRM management (Jan–Jun 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Arrange VIP bookings for boutique and high-jewellery events, including private viewings and client entertainment
- Manage CRM gift logistics including ordering, delivery, registration, and client feedback
- Assist with boutique activations and coordinate clienteling occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
- Support in-boutique quick-service execution and maintain administrative records
- Provide back-office support for boutique management, including meeting preparation and monthly claims processing
- Assist during peak periods with client welcoming, beverage service, and gift wrapping
- Update and monitor high-end systems, clienteling applications, and performance reports
- Communicate operational improvements and best practices between boutique teams and corporate office
Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in tertiary education
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
