Richemont Retail Experience Intern in Singapore — internship supporting client experience, store operations and events for a leading luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the in-store client experience by assisting sales advisors with client greetings, product presentation and personalised service.
- Contribute to clienteling activities, including appointment preparation, follow-up communications and maintenance of guest profiles under supervision.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks: upkeep of displays, replenishment, and ensuring presentation standards are consistently met.
- Provide operational support including stock intake, inventory checks, pricing accuracy and point-of-sale assistance.
- Help coordinate and deliver store events, launches and client initiatives, liaising with cross-functional teams as required.
- Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports; gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform store recommendations.
- Participate in product and brand training; shadow senior advisors to develop product knowledge and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in business, luxury management, marketing, hospitality or a related field.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury goods, strong commercial awareness and eagerness to learn brand and product heritage.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore for the duration of the internship.
Skills
Experience
Previous customer-service or retail experience preferred; internships or part-time roles in luxury or premium retail environments are an advantage. Experience supporting store operations, events or client communications will be valued.
Education
Undergraduate student or recent graduate in business, luxury management, marketing, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
