Richemont seeks part-time working student (20 hrs/week) for 6-month retail support role at Hamburg Cartier boutique, bilingual German/English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and serve as the primary point of contact upon arrival
- Engage in guest communication and provide attentive service during waiting periods
- Manage customer flow and appointment scheduling using digital applications
- Capture and record customer contact information via digital systems
- Provide support to sales staff and execute additional boutique assistance tasks
- Maintain weekend availability as a priority for team scheduling needs
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English language skills
- High communication abilities with keen sensitivity to customer expectations
- Strong service orientation and flexibility
- Demonstrated passion for the Cartier brand as a passionate host
- Loyalty and strong teamwork capabilities within boutique environment

Experience
