Richemont seeks an enthusiastic Retail Experience & Administrative Intern in Vienna to support store operations and gain luxury retail expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day retail operations and customer experience initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and inventory management
- Provide customer service and support to retail sales associates
- Participate in training programs to develop retail operations knowledge
- Execute special projects and seasonal campaigns under supervision
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a related field (business, hospitality, retail management)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Professional demeanor and retail-focused mindset
