Richemont Retail Experience & Administration Intern in Vienna – 6-month internship supporting boutique operations and luxury customer service at Cartier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and serve as the primary point of contact at the boutique
- Provide support and insights into stock management operations
- Communicate with customers and manage their experience during potential wait times
- Execute efficient traffic management and appointment scheduling through digital applications and customer database systems
- Assist boutique team with all administrative matters and back-office operations
- Gain exposure to and work with digital programs and tools utilized in luxury retail
- Manage inventory operations including coordination of international transfer requests
