Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales performance and KPI analysis by location on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly cycles
- Develop and execute sales target and Labor Equivalent (LE) planning by door with monthly performance tracking by store and staff
- Manage SAP system optimization, configuring and customizing the platform to meet Maison-specific requirements in collaboration with HQ and local IT stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive training and support to store teams on effective SAP utilization for day-to-day operations
- Analyze promotion, event, and incentive results by area and channel; propose and track promotion schemes
- Support CRM and clienteling initiatives, including VIC segmentation tracking, CRM data collection, and client event coordination
- Prepare retail and CRM documentation for monthly global meetings and store visit materials for senior management and international visitors
- Manage after-sales customer service issues with direct communication to HQ and local store support
- Coordinate stock-taking scheduling, monitor deposit and manual invoice issues, and manage financial compliance follow-ups
- Arrange regular boutique manager and brand meetings; lead newsletter production and data collection
- Collect and analyze store duty and overtime data for reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the retail industry
- Proficiency with SAP including BI reports and web-based reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical acumen
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a luxury goods or multichannel retail environment. Prior experience with SAP systems and data-driven store performance management is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
